When to call rather than walk in
- Acrylic full sets and detailed nail art — these run 60 to 90 minutes and need time set aside.
- Eyelash extensions — the lash room holds one client at a time.
- Two services in one visit — a pedicure plus a full set is about two hours.
- Groups — bridal parties, birthdays, mother-and-daughter bookings.
- Saturdays — our busiest day by a wide margin.
- Prom, homecoming and Derby weeks — book two to three weeks out.
Best times to walk in
Tuesday to Friday between 9:30 AM and about noon is consistently the quietest window, followed by mid-afternoon before the after-work rush. Because we stay open until 8:00 PM, the last two hours are usually calmer than the after-work crush between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Saturday from late morning onward is the busiest stretch of the week — if that's your only option, calling first is worth the thirty seconds.
What to tell us when you book
The service you want, roughly how long you have, and anything relevant about your hands or skin — allergies, whether you're pregnant or diabetic, whether you have any adhesive or latex sensitivity if you're booking lashes. None of it stops us doing the service; all of it changes how we do it.
